A 4 bedroom holiday cottage on the north coast of Cornwall in St Agnes. Situated on the SW Coast Path above the sandy beach of Trevaunance Cove there is plenty of scope for surfing, walking and playing on the beach. Cliff Hollow will comfortably accommodate 14 people and their pets with ample private parking, lawns and modern facilities. The A30 is only 10 minutes drive away and St Agnes provides shopping facilities for most day to day needs. We encourage our guests to eat and shop in the area as much as possible, to support the local services.
Cliff Hollow has one of the most stunning views in Cornwall looking north along the rugged Heritage Coast toward Perranporth and Penhale Sands. In summer the conservatory and lawn provide a great feeling of space and light while in winter the wood burning stove and underfloor heating allow for cosy evenings after bracing walks along the cliffs. Most rooms have fantastic views and the garden allows you to while away the days watching and listening to the sea, the birds and the seals. The stone and slate house is built in the traditional style for this part of Cornwall with sloping ceilings and dormer windows looking out over the Atlantic. The blend of a traditionally styled house, modern facilities and an awe inspiring location combine to provide you with the ideal place for a wonderful holiday in a hidden part of Cornwall.
Sleeping accommodation consists of two double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin room, one bunk room sleeping up to six people and a ground floor TV room with a double bed and adjoining shower room. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The ground floor consists of a large sitting room with wood burning stove, conservatory, dining room and well equipped kitchen. With the separate downstairs double room with TV (Flat screen TV with satellite & DVD player) and large utility room (washer & drier) the practicalities of a holiday home for a large group of people have been well thought out. Outside the facilities consist of an outside shower, a beach-view garden, a courtyard with a table and bench seats, and private parking for up to 5 cars.

Airsource heat pump provides all the underfloor and water heating. All other equipment is electrical. Woodburner can be used for additional heat and wood can be found in the courtyard shed. There are also electric radiators in upstairs cupboards if required.
The main bedrooms are made up with linen that includes duvet and pillow protectors and the TV room bed and the additional 2 trundle beds in the bunk room can be made up if requested. Bath towels, hand towels in the bathrooms, bathmats, tea-towels and oven gloves are provided.
